After a $4.1 million upgrade, the first renovation in over 40 years,The Billie Holiday Theatre will reopen on May 9th with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and performances during its debut weekend – in time for Mother’s Day.
Hundreds are expected to fill the 200-seat theatre now equipped with a new maple stage, control room, curtains, railings,
seats, lighting, catwalks, riggings, acoustic panels, dressing rooms with showers, air-conditioning, and boiler.
